ORDERS ARE SENT TWICE A WEEK, ON MONDAY AND THURSDAY.
This means a processing time of 1 to 3 days to add to the delivery time.
You are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address when you checkout.
Canadian orders
4.50$ flat rate shipping. Shipping surcharges on oversized or heavy items apply (craft kit, yarn, needle set, 20mm felt balls, etc.) VIEW OVERSIZED ITEMS.

The majority of orders are sent by Canada Post Letter Mail. No tracking is available. If you want a tracking number, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout.
Regular mails are delivered within two business days within a city, three business days within a province, and four business days nationally (excluding the mailing day).
These are the delivery times announced on the Canada Post website. However, if you don't choose Expedited or Xpresspost., allow up to two weeks for delivery
If you are in Estrie, you can pick up your order at our warehouse in Sherbrooke. The option is available during checkout.
USA orders
We offer flat-rate shipping for $5.75 USD. Shipping surcharges apply to oversized or heavy items (e.g., craft kits, yarn, needle sets, 20mm felt balls, etc.). VIEW OVERSIZED ITEMS.
Free shipping ON ORDERS OVER $75 **
Although we are in Canada, we take orders over the border to the post office in Niagara Falls, NY, 2 times a week and use USPS with tracking in the US.
There are no duty fees or taxes due on delivery.
Once your order clears US customs, delivery will take 3 to 6 working days. The whole process takes 5 to 10 business days by first-class mail.

International orders
We no longer ship internationally.
This decision stems from the increasingly complex web of legal requirements and regulatory standards imposed by various countries, such as the EU's GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation).
Additionally, the escalating costs associated with taxes, duties, and compliance have made international shipping unfeasible for a small business like ours.
