🌍 Buyers outside Canada are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customs fees and taxes will vary. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

We will not accept returns due to non-payment of customs fees. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Bonjour Handmade being charged for shipping, return shipping, and Customs fees. Future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed.
